Privacy Policy

← SnooZero · Last updated: October 2, 2026

SnooZero is an alarm clock app that only stops when you complete a challenge. It is provided by ZGDevelopment ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app and our website (snoozero.com) use and why. In short: your alarms stay on your phone, and we only collect basic usage and crash data, plus what is needed for subscriptions and optional news notifications.

1. Data that stays on your phone

2. Data we collect

WhatWhyWho processes it
Usage data (for example which screens are opened, onboarding steps, that an alarm was saved or a challenge completed), device model, OS version, app version, approximate region, and a random app-instance ID To understand how the app is used and improve it Google (Firebase Analytics)
Crash reports (error details, device model, OS version, app state at the time) To find and fix bugs Google (Firebase Crashlytics)
Push notification token To send news and updates, only if you say yes Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
Subscription and purchase status, an anonymous app user ID, and transaction details (no card or payment data) To manage your subscription and unlock features RevenueCat, together with Apple App Store / Google Play

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location or photos. We do not use advertising identifiers, show ads, or sell your data.

3. Notifications

During setup (and later in Settings) you can choose to receive notifications about important news or new features. This is optional. You can turn it off at any time in the app's Settings or in your phone's system settings. These notifications are not related to your alarms, which work without them.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check and manage your subscription status. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf. Some of them (Google, RevenueCat) may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including in the United States, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.

6. How long we keep data

Analytics and crash data are kept by Firebase for a limited period (analytics: up to 14 months by default; crash reports: about 90 days). Subscription records are kept as long as needed to run your subscription and meet legal duties. Data on your phone is removed when you delete the app.

7. Your choices and rights

Because we do not know who you are, we may need your app-instance or user ID to find your data. To exercise a right, email us at the address below.

8. Children

SnooZero is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Our website (snoozero.com)

The website uses Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from the IP address, and how you arrived). If you click Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics may set cookies to recognise returning visitors. If you click Decline or ignore the banner, it only receives anonymous measurements without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with .

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will inform you in the app.
